Syed Zeeshan PervezGroup Chief Financial Officer

Syed Zeeshan Pervez currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Treet Corporation Limited. With over 25 years of experience as a senior finance leader across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC region, he brings a rare combination of strategic depth, operational rigour, and transformation expertise to the role.
Prior to joining Treet, Zeeshan held Group CFO positions at JW Corporation, a diversified US$1.5 billion group operating across Pakistan, KSA, and UAE and at Flow Group / Al-Sulaiman Group, a leading logistics conglomerate spanning KSA, Bahrain, and UAE. He has also served as CFO at Reem Rice / Al-Muhaidib Group, Maersk Pakistan, and earlier in senior finance leadership at Coca-Cola Pakistan and Lafarge Pakistan. Across these roles, he has consistently delivered measurable outcomes from unlocking significant cash flows and securing large-scale financing to driving EBITDA growth and eliminating audit qualifications.
Zeeshan is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He is also a member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), a Certified Finance Director and Board Member under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and holds an Executive MBA.
He has extensive experience across a broad range of finance disciplines, including IPO readiness and capital markets strategy, group treasury and fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, corporate governance and risk management, ERP transformation (Oracle and SAP), working capital optimisation, and digital finance and AI-led automation. His track record includes raising over $150 million in banking facilities, securing $100 million-plus in CAPEX approvals, and structuring large-scale trade and expansion financing across multiple industries.
