Mr. Abdul Fadil Hameed has joined Treet Corporation as an Independent Director. He brings with him over 24 years of distinguished experience in corporate and investment banking, with a strong background across corporate finance, capital markets, Islamic finance, and business strategy. He has spent more than two decades with Standard Chartered Bank, advising sovereigns, government-related entities, large corporates, and family-owned businesses across the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hameed has led and advised on over US$125 billion worth of landmark debt and financing transactions across more than 150 deals. His expertise spans mergers & acquisitions, capital structure advisory, project and real estate finance, loan syndications, and debt capital markets, including several first-ever and innovative transactions in the region.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Cross Border Origination – Investment Banking at Dubai Islamic Bank, Mr. Hameed also brings deep experience in ESG, sustainable finance, and governance. His strategic insight and regional expertise will add significant value to Treet Corporation’s Board, supporting long-term growth, robust governance, and strategic decision-making
